Do you pick up from Hamad International Airport?
Yes. Choose Airport pickup in the booking form, pick your arrival date and time, and send us your flight number when our team contacts you. Your driver meets you at arrivals, and the car and driver stay with you for up to 10 hours.
Do I need a Qatar driving licence?
No. Every VIP booking includes a professional driver who does all the driving. Self-drive is not available.

Each booked day includes up to 10 hours with the car and a professional driver, counted from your pickup time, anywhere in Qatar.
How far in advance must I book?
At least 12 hours before your pickup time. You can book up to 90 days ahead.

Can I cancel and get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable. The only exception is if the booked car is unavailable — then you receive a full refund. To change a booking, contact our support team.
VIP booking terms
- Chauffeur service only: every booking includes the car and a professional driver. The customer may not drive the car.
- Each booked day includes up to 10 hours with the car and driver, counted from the booked pickup time. Unused hours cannot be moved to another day.
- Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the pickup time.
- Prices are per day in Qatari riyals (QAR) and are paid in full in advance by secure online payment.
- Service is within the State of Qatar. Up to 4 passengers per car. Smoking is not allowed in the car.
- After payment, our team will call you on the number you gave us to confirm the pickup details.
- Payments are non-refundable, including if you cancel or do not use the booking. The only exception: if the booked car is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
- To change a booking, contact BDrive support; changes depend on availability.
